You may ask us to provide you with details of the personal information we hold about you, and copies of that information. We will respond to your request and attempt to provide you with the data within 30 days of receipt of your request.
If we provide you with copies of the information you have requested, we may charge you a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing you with that information.

SHEIKE is committed to ensuring your personal information is protected from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. SHEIKE stores information in different ways, including in paper and electronic form. We use security procedures and technology to protect the information we hold.
Any information that SHEIKE no longer require is destroyed securely. An exception to this may be retention of the information for data analysis. However, if this occurs, the information will be retained in a form that does not allow you to be identified from that information.
