International orders are shipped using International Standard shipping with Australia Post and will be delivered by the local postal service once in the destination country.

Delivery times vary by country. Please allow up to 10 working days.

Please note that any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of SHEIKE and we are not aware of what they might amount to. You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties applicable to your order.  Please make sure you contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.

Once your order has been packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with all of your tracking details. SHEIKE Account holders can also access these details by going to my orders and choosing the shipment tab in your online account.

Please note it can take up to 2 hours for the tracking details to reach your inbox, once it has left our warehouse. 

If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking details within 48hours, please contact our Customer Care team via our Online Web Form so we can lodge an enquiry for you.

Although express services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control.  We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

If there is an error with your address, please contact ASAP and we will endeavour to amend it. However due the fast processing times of our online warehouse this is not guaranteed.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

There may be rare instances when items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the same day of purchase. When this happens, the remainder of your order will still be dispatched.

A member of our team will be in touch, to either source the missing item from one of our stores or in the event that the item cannot be located or is sold out a refund will be processed on your behalf.  

Orders are subject to availability and SHEIKE reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including due to unavailability.

Click and collect is available in select stores, at no extra charge. Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours and must be collected within 7 days of "Ready to Collect" confirmation. SHEIKE will make every effort to contact any customers who have not collected their order within 7 days. After 10 days, SHEIKE will refund the order and cannot hold any items for the order further. Click and Collect orders are subject to the SHEIKE Returns Policy. ID must be presented at the time of collection.
