SHEIKE Society is our loyalty program that rewards members as they shop. Every purchase made online or in-store (including DFOs) will contribute to your SHEIKE Society membership, allowing you to unlock benefits while increasing annual spend.
Every purchase you make will contribute to your points balance and help unlock the next level. For every $1 spent online or in-store, you’ll receive 1 SHEIKE Society point. SHEIKE Society points are not earned on shipping, GST, or duties/taxes.
Your points balance will determine your membership level. You can check your status in your account.
You can view your benefits anytime online in My Account. We'll also send you notification of your benefits automatically via email and text message. To ensure you're opted in to receive these communications, manage your preferences in My Account.
Your benefits begin as soon as you join SHEIKE Society, and always available in My Account.
Your welcome benefit will arrive in your inbox and online account within 10 minutes of joining. Please check your spam folder.
Your birthday reward will be in your inbox two weeks prior to your birthday.
A link to download your digital wallet will be in your welcome email and in My Account. You will need to show your card to receive discounted alterations at LookSmart locations.
For levels 2 and 3, free standard shipping in Australia will be automatically applied at checkout for you.
Using your rewards is easy! Just make sure they’re applied in full in a single transaction, with a minimum spend equal to the reward value.
Online: Login to your account and add your chosen products to cart. At checkout you will find your available rewards in the Rewards dropdown. Select the one you wish to use, and complete checkout. You can find all available rewards in My Account.
In-store: Share your email or present your Digital Card to the store stylist. From here, they will be able to see the reward of highest value and apply it to your purchase.
When you're checking out online, make sure you add your rewards first. Then click Apple or Google Pay options to complete your purchase.
Your points balance will be updated in your account after each purchase. Please allow 10 minutes for it to show.
Your benefits begin as soon as you join SHEIKE Society, but may take up to 10 minutes from joining to be available in My Account.
Your points balance and rewards will be updated in your account after each purchase. Updates for recent purchases may take up to 10 minutes to show. When a reward is used, they will no longer be available (visible) in My Account.
To see and apply rewards at checkout, you must be logged in.
Unfortunately, your level and available rewards could be affected if you return an order as the accrued points will be deducted from your points balance. Please note, returned items forfeit rewards used.

While rewards can’t be applied to past orders, the good news is you have 365 days to use them (excluding Birthday rewards which only have 30 days to redeem)—plenty of time to enjoy the benefits on future purchases.

All SHEIKE Society members are entitled to 30% off alterations* at LookSmart. To enjoy this reward, simply show your SHEIKE Society digital wallet card at a LookSmart location in Australia or New Zealand.
Your digital wallet card can be added to your smart phone (Apple & Google available) via the link in your Welcome email or by logging into My Account.
*Alterations are only available on SHEIKE items.
Your points balance is calculated from the date you joined SHEIKE Society. Your level and member benefits will be updated each year on this date. You can track this date and your current points balance in My Account.

Your SHEIKE Society level is based on your points balance and reviewed every 12 months after joining. You can track the date and your current points balance in My Account.
Your SHEIKE Society level could be downgraded if you don't reach or maintain the required points balance during the 12 month calculation period. This includes adjustments made due to returns.
Yes, you can cancel your SHEIKE Society membership or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any point. Log into your account to set your preferred options or reach out to our friendly customer care team at customercare@sheike.com.au for help.
Unfortunately, no. SHEIKE Society points are unique to each SHEIKE Society member.
Yes, you can redeem your SHEIKE Society benefits both online and in-store.
We understand that your situation changes, so we've introduced Status Hold for all SHEIKE Society members. This gives members the chance to freeze their membership level and access to benefits for up to 12 months.

Members can choose to put their SHEIKE Society status on hold once per year for up to 12 months. Please reach out to our friendly customer care team at customercare@sheike.com.au for this to be applied to your account.
Your points balance data is associated with the email you have used at checkout or advised in-store. Please ensure you have joined SHEIKE Society using the same email address you use at checkout. If your points balance is still not displaying correctly, please contact customercare@sheike.com.au and we will be happy to assist. Please note, we will need prior order details of any transactions not appearing within your account in order to resolve.
All SHEIKE Society spend and benefits is displayed in AUD only. Although your rewards will be displayed in AUD at checkout, your card issuer may convert from AUD to your local currency based on a current exchange rate.
SHEIKE Society membership is available worldwide, though some benefits are solely available in Australia. This includes invitations to VIP events, discounted alterations and free shipping.
Yes you can however, please note if a reward is used to purchase a gift card, the value of the gift card will match the amount paid. You receive a gift card value for what you paid.
