SHEIKE Society Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the SHEIKE Society ("SHEIKE Society"), operated by SHEIKE & Co Pty Ltd (ACN 001 784 283). By participating in the SHEIKE Society loyalty program, you ("Member") agree to be bound by these terms and condition (Loyalty Terms). SHEIKE reserves the right to amend these Loyalty Terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.
The SHEIKE Society is offered at the sole discretion of SHEIKE. Membership, rewards, benefits and offers are subject to availability and may be varied, suspended, or withdrawn by SHEIKE at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility and Enrolment
The SHEIKE Society is open to everyone that shops with SHEIKE. SHEIKE reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate any membership at its discretion without providing reasons. If you are under 16 you must have your parent or guardian’s consent to enrol.
New and existing customers of SHEIKE (Customers) may opt-in to SHEIKE Society as follows:
· Online at https://www.sheike.com.au/;
· In-store by scanning a QR code; or
· At point of sale with assistance from a sales associate.
3. Membership and Communication Consent
By joining the SHEIKE Society, Members agree to receive marketing communications from SHEIKE, including offers, updates, and promotions. Members can update their preferences or opt-out at any time via the preferences section in My Account or by contacting SHEIKE customer care. However, opting out may limit or exclude participation in the SHEIKE Society and access to certain benefits.
4. Membership Levels
Membership levels are based on cumulative spend over a rolling 12-month period from the date the Member joins the SHEIKE Society (Anniversary Date):
- Member: $0-$349.99
- Level 1: $350–$699.99
- Level 2: $700–$1,099.99
- Level 3: $1,100+
A Member’s level status is reviewed annually from their Anniversary Date and may be adjusted upwards or downwards based on the Member’s total spend in the preceding 12 months in accordance with section 6 below.
SHEIKE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Alter the thresholds of each membership level;
- Modify, withdraw, or replace any associated benefits; and
- Amend the eligibility criteria for each membership level at any time without prior notice.
5. Earning Points and Adjustments
Members earn 1 loyalty point for every AU$1 spent on eligible purchases made online at sheike.com.au and instore, excluding gift cards, delivery charges, and other exclusions notified by SHEIKE from time to time.
Loyalty points accrued under the SHEIKE Society do not constitute a monetary amount, store credit, or a means of payment to third parties, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other value. Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to any other individual.
You cannot redeem the loyalty points earned. Instead, these loyalty points determine your membership level within the SHEIKE Society and unlock the specific benefits, offers, and rewards associated with that level.
SHEIKE may amend or cancel the loyalty points accrual, value or structure or rules without notice.
If a Member returns a purchased item and receives a refund, the loyalty points originally awarded for that purchase will be deducted from the Member’s loyalty points balance. This loyalty points deduction will be applied at the time the refund is processed and may result in moving down a level.
6. Membership Level Calculation
Once a customer joins the SHEIKE Society, they will begin accruing loyalty points based on eligible purchases. The accumulation of loyalty points determines the Member’s membership level and the corresponding benefits available to them under the SHEIKE Society loyalty program.
A Member’s membership level is recalculated every 12 months from the date they joined the SHEIKE Society. At each recalculation, if the Member has not met the minimum spend or points requirement to maintain their current level within the preceding 12-month period, their membership level may be adjusted accordingly.
7. Rewards and Benefits
Membership rewards, offers and benefits (Reward(s)) will depend on the Member’s level at the relevant time and may include, without limitation the following:

For clarity, the following shall apply to the relevant Rewards:
· Status Hold:
Members in Levels 1, 2 and 3 may choose to place their membership (also known as their Society Status) on hold for up to 12 months. To activate a Status Hold, Members must contact SHEIKE Customer Care.
· Free Shipping:
The Free Shipping reward is only available for orders delivered within Australia and excludes same day or express shipping options. Eligible Members placing orders for delivery outside of Australia will not be able to redeem this reward for those orders.
Free standard shipping will be automatically applied to the cart for eligible Members in Levels 2 and 3 when shopping online provided that their Order is for delivery within Australia.
· Discounted Alterations:
The Discounted Alterations reward is only available for SHEIKE purchases within Australia. Eligible Members placing orders outside of Australia will not be able to redeem this reward for those orders.
To redeem this benefit, Members must download their Digital Membership Card to their Apple or Google wallet and show it to participating vendors. A link to download can be accessed in the SHEIKE Society welcome email and by logging in to My Account. This service is provided by a third-party vendor, and their terms and conditions may apply. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with those terms before redeeming the service.
If a product purchased by any loyalty Member is faulty, that loyalty Member is entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under Australian Consumer Law, including in circumstances where the product has been altered, provided the alteration has not caused or contributed to the defect. SHEIKE will not be responsible for faults arising from alterations performed by the third-party vendor. Products that have been altered in any way are not eligible for return, unless the item is faulty (and satisfies the conditions detailed above) in which case SHEIKE will not be liable for the costs of alterations on the replacement item. If an alteration is carried out incorrectly or is not to the loyalty Member’s satisfaction, SHEIKE is not responsible for accepting a return, exchange, or providing a refund for the item on that basis.
SHEIKE reserves the right to vary, substitute, or withdraw any Rewards offered under a particular membership level at any time without prior notice. Rewards are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by SHEIKE or third party service providers from time to time.
SHEIKE is not liable for any Rewards that are not received, are delayed, or cannot be redeemed due to Member ineligibility, technical issues, third-party vendor actions or inability, communication errors, or any other circumstances beyond SHEIKE’s reasonable control.
8. Using Rewards and Benefits
· Reward Redemption Rules
Rewards, benefits, and vouchers can be combined or stacked in a single transaction. Only one reward or benefit can be applied per transaction. The value of a reward is the minimum that must be spent within the transaction. The reward (discount) will be split proportionally among all items in the transaction.
If a reward is used to purchase a gift card, the value of the gift card will match the amount paid. You receive the value you pay for.
· In-Store Redemption
- In-store, the highest value eligible reward or benefit available on a Member’s account at the time of transaction will be automatically applied.
- Members must provide details of their SHEIKE Society account before the transaction is finalised, either verbally, by presenting a digital loyalty card, or via other methods accepted by SHEIKE.
· Online Redemption
- Online, if a Member has more than one eligible reward or benefit available, they may select which one to apply from a dropdown menu at checkout.
- Members must be logged in to their online account to earn and redeem rewards or benefits.
· Voucher Use Conditions
Reward vouchers must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Any unused value will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward, credited, or refunded. The value of a reward is the minimum that must be spent within the transaction.
- Welcome Level Benefits
- A “Welcome to Level” reward or benefit will only be issued once per membership level within a rolling 12-month period.
- If a Member moves down a level and subsequently re-qualifies for a higher level within the same 12-month period, they will not receive a second “Welcome to Level” reward for that level within the same period.
- International Customers
- Certain benefits, such as free standard shipping and discounted alterations, are only available for purchases within Australia and are not offered to international Members.
- Where applicable, rewards applied to international orders will be processed in AUD. The member’s bank will convert the amount to local currency using the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination/Opting Out
SHEIKE may, in its sole discretion:
- suspend, terminate, or amend the SHEIKE Society loyalty program (in whole or part) at any time.
- modify, replace or terminate these Loyalty Terms without notice.
- adjust a Member’s points balance or membership level status to correct errors, fraudulent activity, or misuse.
In the event the SHEIKE Society loyalty program is terminated, SHEIKE will provide at least 7 days’ notice via email or issue a notice on the SHEIKE website, after which all points and benefits will be forfeited.
Members agree that SHEIKE is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by them arising from, or in connection with, any changes to, suspension of, or termination of the SHEIKE Society.
A Member may choose to opt out of the SHEIKE Society loyalty program at any time by contacting SHEIKE’s Customer Care team or by following the instructions provided in their online account settings (where available).
Upon opting out, the Member will forfeit any unused rewards, benefits, points, and membership level status remaining on their account, which cannot be reinstated if the Member rejoins the program at a later date. Opting out will not affect the Member’s ability to continue shopping with SHEIKE or to receive general marketing communications, unless the Member separately unsubscribes from such communications.
10. Privacy and Data Use
SHEIKE collects, uses, and discloses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Personal information is collected to administer the SHEIKE Society, provide benefits, and send marketing communications. By joining, Members consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes.
SHEIKE may share Member personal information with third parties engaged to provide services for the SHEIKE Society or related promotions.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds for purchases made using loyalty benefits are subject to SHEIKE’s standard Returns Policy.
If a Member returns a purchased item and receives a refund, the loyalty points originally awarded for that purchase will be deducted from the Member’s loyalty points balance. This loyalty points deduction will be applied at the time the refund is processed and may result in moving down a level.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHEIKE excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations regarding the SHEIKE Society. SHEIKE is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or expense (including loss of opportunity) arising from a Member’s participation in, or inability to access or use, the SHEIKE Society.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the resupply of the applicable Reward at the time of the claim.
This clause survives termination of these Loyalty Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
If a Member has a concern or complaint regarding the SHEIKE Society, they should contact SHEIKE Customer Care via customercare@sheike.com.au. SHEIKE will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute in good faith.
14. Release and Indemnity
Members release and indemnify SHEIKE, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the SHEIKE Society, including the use or misuse of any benefits, offers, or rewards.
15. Amendments
SHEIKE reserves the right to amend these Loyalty Terms from time to time as it sees fit. Any amendments or changes to these Loyalty Terms are effective from the date on which the amended terms are published.
Whilst we endeavour to notify you as soon as reasonably possible of any material changes to our Loyalty Terms by email, it is your responsibility to keep up to date with any changes or amendments to these Loyalty Terms by checking this page, which contains our most accurate and up to date version of our Loyalty Terms.
16. General
Waiver: Any failure or delay by SHEIKE in exercising a power or right (either wholly or partially) in relation to these Loyalty Terms does not operate as a waiver or prevent SHEIKE from exercising that power or right or any other power or right. We are not liable to any other party for any loss, cost or expense that may have been caused or contributed to by the failure, delay, waiver or exercise of a power or right. This clause survives the termination of these Loyalty Terms.
Force majeure: If we are unable to perform in whole or in part, any obligation under these Loyalty Terms as a result of any fact, circumstance or matter beyond our control, we are relieved of that obligation to the extent and for the period that we are unable to perform the obligation. You agree that SHEIKE will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of the Services or delivery of goods.
Severability: If any part of these Loyalty Terms is determined to be by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be severed from the Loyalty Terms. Such invalidity does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Loyalty Terms. This clause survives the termination of these Loyalty Terms.
Relationship: These Loyalty Terms do not confer an agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship between SHEIKE and you or any other party unless expressly stated otherwise.
Entire agreement: These Loyalty Terms (and all other terms and conditions and policies that are incorporated by these Loyalty Terms) and any additional policies or terms you have agreed to through use or access of our Website and Services make up the entire agreement, and supersede all prior written and oral agreements, representations, undertakings and understandings. Where there is an inconsistency between these Loyalty Terms and any additional terms, the additional terms will prevail. This clause survives the termination of these Loyalty Terms.
Jurisdiction: These Loyalty Terms are governed by the laws of Sydney, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in Sydney and its appellate courts. This clause survives the termination of these Loyalty Terms.
