We’re happy to offer a refund, exchange or SHEIKE credit for change of mind on all full price purchases (including full price items purchased on temporary promotion) within 21 days if: 

  • The garment/s returned are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags/buttons etc attached
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided (your receipt)

 

Exceptions: We do not accept returns on earrings, headwear, hats, sunglasses & garment accessories (with the exception of belts) for hygiene reasons. 


SALE items can be exchanged or returned for SHEIKE credit only. SHEIKE store credit can be used online at www.sheike.com.au or in any SHEIKE store. 


Refunds will be returned to you in the manner you originally paid, with the exception of SHEIKE Gift Cards and third party Gift Cards which will be returned for SHEIKE credit. 


Sample and SP items are priced to clear, and are not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange unless faulty.


Outlet stock can only be returned to another SHEIKE Outlet.

 

Faulty discounted items are not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange unless an additional fault presents after purchase.


All faulty items will be assessed and either a repair, replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with Australia Consumer Law.
