TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF.
I’m Lissy Graham, a fashion, beauty and home content creator. I’m the mother of three and DJ the beagle. My past is one of many colours with a life in ballet, fashion and travel, having lived as an expat for fifteen years.
WHAT DOES A DAY IN YOUR LIFE TYPICALLY LOOK LIKE?
I’m up super early, usually at 5:30am. I start with a quick gym workout or morning walk. I’m a morning person so I make the most of the morning light. Then, a quick check of my emails and diary to make sure I’m on track with my appointments, bookings, and content commitments. I usually have content to shoot every day. I’m a perfectionist so I like to have a mood board and clear plan of what the day’s shoot will look like.
For me, Valentine's Day is about spending time with the people
I love, setting a beautiful table, indulging in sweet treats, and
enjoying being together.”
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE VALENTINE'S MEMORY?
It was the year before we got married. Paul surprised me with a trip to Hong Kong – and it became our happy place! I think I’ve been back over twenty times since then.
WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF A PERFECT VALENTINE'S DAY?
I love to spoil my friends and family. For me, Valentine’s Day is about spending time with the people I love, setting a beautiful table, indulging in sweet treats, and enjoying being together. My
children are older now, so my husband and I relish our time with them. Paul is the ultimate romantic and the most amazing gift-giver so I’m always very spoilt.

DO YOU HAVE ANY VALENTINE'S TRADITIONS?
Even though I’m the biggest planner, I’m spontaneous with Valentine’s Day. It doesn’t have to be big - even a simple picnic in your own backyard can feel so special.
WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL EXTRA SPECIAL ON A NIGHT OUT?
For me, it’s putting the whole look together - from picking the outfit, to a statement shoe, and then a spritz of Tom Ford Cherry.
WHAT'S YOUR NUMBER ONE PIECE OF RELATIONSHIP ADVICE?
Be honest with your heart and your feelings. You don’t have to always agree with the other person - but listen and be open. After twenty-five years of marriage and the most wonderful romantic journey, I’ve come to realise that you can still have a ‘me’ in ‘us’.
