FAQs
If you are running late, or would like to change your reservation slot, please call your store via the number in your confirmation email.
At the moment, Reserve In Store is available only in select stores. We are working on making more stores available soon. Keep an eye out for updates in our newsletter.
The item will be held for the entire 2-hour time slot you have selected on your reservation date.
You can always reschedule by completing the reservation process again on your selected product page.
To avoid stock becoming unavailable, we only allow one style per reservation request. If you would like to reserve another product, please go to that style's product page and complete the reservation process.
Click & Collect allows you to purchase an item online and pick up from your chosen store. Reserve In Store allows you to reserve an item to try on in your chosen store, at your chosen time. Reserve In Store does not require a deposit; you can choose to purchase the item in store once you've tried it on.
