Why can’t I see my discount at checkout?
Your order will show the full purchase value at checkout. Don’t panic! Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email from Klarna confirming up to $50 will be deducted from your final instalment. After you’ve completed your first 3 payments, Klarna will apply the discount to your final instalment.
When will my final instalment discount be applied?
Within 3 business days after your 3rd instalment payment has cleared.
What happens if I pay my full order early?
If you pay your full order early, the team will refund the discount amount at the time your 3rd instalment payment was due. Please note, this can take up to 10 days to process from the 3rd instalment payment date. If you don’t receive your discount amount refund by this time, please contact our customer service team via the Klarna app.
Why hasn’t my entire final instalment been wiped?
A: Your 4th instalment will be wiped up to the value of $50. Depending on your final balance, our team will either wipe the full amount if less than $50, or a total of $50 will be deducted if your final instalment is of a higher value. E.g. if your 4th instalment is $75, we will deduct $50 resulting in a remaining balance of $25. You will be able to view your balance in the Klarna app, and we will send you an email reminder for your payment
Can I redeem the Pay 3, get the 4th free offer in store?
Unfortunately not, this is an online only offer.
However, you can absolutely use the Klarna one-time card to purchase in store and pay in 4.

When is my payment due?
When you choose our Pay In 4 interest-free instalments service, we place a reservation for the first instalment on your account. This reservation will be charged as the first payment when your order has been shipped. The remaining 3 payments will be automatically charged every 2 weeks. Your payment schedule is sent via email when your order is shipped. You can also find each order’s payment schedule in the app by clicking on ‘Spending’, choosing the order you want to see, and then clicking on ‘Show Plan’. Remember that as part of the Klarna promotion, we will wipe up to $50 off your 4th instalment.
Can I pay off my balance early?
A: You can choose to pay off your order early at any time in your Klarna app. Simply open the purchase you would like to pay early and select “Payment Options” then either pay “next instalment” or “full purchase”. However, please note if you pay your full order early the Klarna team will refund the discount amount at the time your 3rd instalment payment was due. Please note, this can take up to 10 days to process from the 3rd instalment payment date.
