COVID-19  – INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

The wellbeing of our SHEIKE community is our first priority. We are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and are following guidelines from the government and relevant health authorities.

We have introduced a range of measures in-store to ensure the ongoing health and safety of our shoppers and retail team.

We remain committed to offering our customers the best possible shopping experience we can during this time in both in our stores and online. 


IN OUR STORES: 


Most SHEIKE Stores currently remain open, and store hours have not been impacted - this may change based on the official advice that we receive. For most up to date trading hours please check Google and our store locator here.

NSW
In line the NSW Government COVID-19 guidelines, we kindly ask you to observe the following in store: 

Proof of vaccination in the form of a COVID-19 digital certificate through the Medicare App, Service NSW, or your smartphone wallet
• Check in via the compulsory QR code prior to entering the store 
• Ensure you comply with social distancing guidelines 
• Face masks are mandatory unless a medical exemption applies 
• Please use the complimentary hand sanitiser at the entrance of the store

In line with government guidelines, our VIC stores are temporarily closed.

Our QLD stores remain open. We kindly remind all customers to continue to follow the health and safety measures in place within our stores including wearing a face mask and always observing social distancing guidelines.

ONLINE: 

We understand that some of you may not be venturing out as much at the moment, so we are offering Free AU Shipping on every order over $75, plus don’t forget we also have Same Day Delivery for Sydney Metro areas.

We have also introduced ‘contact free’ delivery. All Australia Post and StarTrack signed for delivery parcels will be ‘Authority to Leave’ (with the exception of Same Day Deliveries) in an effort to minimise social interactions. Please refer to Australia Post for the most up to date information in your area here.

RETURNS:

We have temporarily extended the return/exchange period for change of mind purchases for stores impacted by stay-at-home orders/lockdowns. Our standard returns period is 14 days however the returns period will be extended to include the lockdown period for an applicable area. E.g. If the lockdown is 7 days you will have 21 days from the purchase date to return your order. If you require further assistance, please contact our customer service team via  customercare@sheike.com.au

  • CALL & COLLECT - NEXT DAY SERVICE 
    If you would like to limit your time in store, we are also offering a Call & Collect Service. 


Please note: Call & Collect is only available in your local SHEIKE Store. Unfortunately we are unable to transfer stock between stores at this time. 


Step 1: Check local store availability online by using the “FIND IN STORE BUTTON” 

Step 2: Call your local SHEIKE store between 10am - 4pm Wed to Sunday, to reserve your item. 

Step 3: Your local SHEIKE store will call you back to confirm that your items are ready to collect the next business day.


Call & Collect orders will only be reserved for 1 business day after confirmation. Payment will be taken on collection.
