In light of the recent COVID-19 impact, with temporary closures of SHEIKE Stores. Online will be accepting in-store purchased returns for a SHEIKE Credit or an Exchange. Please follow the same steps below for returning an "online" order, and include your store receipt or copy of your store receipt.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We want you to be as in love with your new outfit as we are. So, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days in accordance with our Returns Policy: sheike.com.au/returns

STEP 2: FILL OUT YOUR RETURNS FORM
- Included in your online order. If you cannot find it, or have thrown it away, you can DOWNLOAD A RETURNS FORM HERE >
STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR RETURNS METHOD & BOOK YOUR RETURN
- Australia: Parcel Point from $6.95 or Australia Post (costs vary)
- Overseas: Please use your local international postal carrier
STEP 4: PACK & SEND YOUR ORDER BACK TO US!
- Australia: Download & Print Label Online
- Overseas: Please return to SHEIKE Overseas Online Returns, 60 Mary Street, St Peters, NSW 2204
- Retain Your Tracking Number
ONLINE REFUND CONDITIONS, FOR APPLICABLE ORDERS:
- Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method
- Gift Vouchers and SHEIKE Credit can be returned for a SHEIKE Credit only.
- Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed
ONLINE RETURN PROCESSING TIMES
- Please allow up to 2-3 business days for returns to be processed once received at our Online Warehouse (as per your tracking number)
- You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully processed or rejected
ONLINE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- If you have opted for an online exchange on your returns form, please include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel with postage paid
- Please note we cannot hold or guarantee stock for exchanges
- To avoid disappointment, we recommend re-placing your order and processing a normal return for your original order
SHEIKE is not liable for any cost, loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to SHEIKE.
In-store purchases cannot be returned via paid post.

RETURN TO STORE
STEP 1: MEET RETURN CONDITIONS
- Check that all your items are in the original condition with tags still attached and meet the criteria of our 'Return Conditions'
STEP 2: TAKE YOUR RETURN INTO YOUR NEAREST SHEIKE STORE
- Find your nearest SHEIKE Store here
- Show a member of staff your Order Confirmation email and Delivery Date Confirmation email
- You will be able to exchange the item for another garment, size or colour or a SHEIKE Credit or a refund, provided the correct conditions are met
IN STORE REFUND CONDITIONS, FOR APPLICABLE ORDERS:
- Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method with the exception of PayPal, which will be returned to a debit card only.
- Gift Vouchers and SHEIKE Credit can be returned for a SHEIKE Credit only.
- Online orders are subject to a $400 refund limit in store. If you require a refund of $400 or more, please return it to our online warehouse instead or opt for a credit or exchange instead.
- There is no limit on the value of exchanges or credit. So you can opt for a credit or exchange for part of your order if you wish.
