Online Coordinator

Location:SHEIKE HQ St Peters

Reporting into the eCommerce Manager, our new Online Coordinator will be responsible for driving revenue through improved customer engagement through our website. The successful applicant will help facilitate website promotions and activities and assist in developing and executing seasonal campaigns through various channels, as well as providing general support to the Brand + Digital team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…
Some of the key accountabilities of the role will be to;

  • Assist in managing and developing the SHEIKE website including being responsible for the weekly product uploads.
  • Ecommerce maintanence including development of website promotions and acivities
  • Build and send EDMs in line with content plans
  • Assist the Ecommerce manager and the customer service team in troubleshooting any issues relating to online transactions or Ecommerce issues.
  • Utilise Google Analytics in order to promote website optimization as well as assist in reporting for both the Brand + Digital team as well as other departments
  • Assist in planning, developing and launching both seasonal and promotional campaigns in line with marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain the marketing budged including invoicing, reconciliations and end of month process.
  • Support the Social + PR Executive with Content Creation
  • Be accountable for Market Awareness and emerging termnds within the online or digital market

BEFORE US, YOU…

Our ideal candidate would have the following;

  • Experience in an Ecommerce role, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Intermediate ability with Magento and Dotmailer, or similar Ecommerce and email marketing software.
  • Beginner ability to use the Adobe suite, particularly Photoshop.
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Confident in creating highly engaging and descriptive copy
  • Be passionate and enthusiastic about fashion with a distinct sense of trends with a "make it happen" approach.
  • Must be highly detail oriented and organised, as well as having strong sense of priority and follow through skills, ensuring that deadlines are met
  • A driver's license is required and ideally a vehicle

Reporting in to the Art Director, our new Social + PR Executive will be the owner of all the SHEIKE social channels and brand champion. They'll coordinate + maintain the content calendar, primarily focusing on social media, PR and events, to drive revenue and brand growth.

As a key content creator, they'll be helping to deliver the brand vision, under the guidance of the Art Director, and will help facilitate content as required by the rest of the Brand + Digital team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…

Some of the key accountabilities of the role will be to;

SOCIAL

  • Manage All Social Media Channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube + LinkedIn
  • Mood board, plan + schedule social media posts on all social channels
  • Establish + grow relationships with influencers
  • Generate content + write copy in line with Art Direction
  • Ensure brand messaging + creative consistency across channels
  • Monitor + report on performance
  • Stay on top of social trends + innovation
  • Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Research, monitor + analyse competitor and market activity, reporting on opportunities

PR

  • Build relationships with relevant media + manage communication
  • Manage PR samples + showroom
  • Coordinate + support influencer/media events
  • Ensure strong brand digital presence
  • Manage the regular showroom appointments + styling sessions
  • Manage Blogger collaborations
  • Generate exposure reports
  • Support with any trade press or brand communications
