DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Postage and Handling for orders being sent within Australia are charged at a flat rate fee of $10.00.
SHEIKE eCard is sent via email at no charge.
Orders shipped will take approximately 7 - 10 days depending on state/territory and sent with Harrisons Logistics International.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SHEIKE ships to most international destinations. Please note we do not ship to international PO Boxes. International orders will take approximately 7 – 15 days depending on zone.

Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All orders shipped will take approximately 7-10 days depending on state/territory/location. Some international orders sent to remote locations may take an extra 2 days.
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. It is advised that orders are not shipped to unit blocks or complexes with visible postal boxes.
At SHEIKE, our goal is to despatch your online order within 7-10 days. During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to despatch your order so that it is received within 7-10 days. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an "order dispatched" email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within 7-10 business days. If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
- Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Orders placed after 10 am will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?
Please contact our online team at online@sheike.com.au and you will receive a response within 24hrs or you can contact by phone on (02) 9336 2100 Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm.
SHEIKE endeavours to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love what you've ordered. In the event it isn’t here is our policy;
Exchanges/Refunds
If you wish to return an online purchased item simply because you change your mind, we are more than happy to offer an exchange for another item to the same value or provide you with a full refund for the item (less shipping cost) provided;
- The item is unworn and in its original condition with labels/tickets still attached
- The item is returned with a copy of the original receipt
- The item is returned within 10 days from the date of purchase
- The item is returned with a completed exchange/refunds form
- This does not apply to accessories or hosiery due to heath regulations.
- This does not apply to sale items unless faulty

A self address express post satchel must be provided with return to ensure we can send you your item back in a timely manner. Shipping and handling costs incurred for a refund or exchange are not refundable, unless the item is faulty.
Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose. SHEIKE reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.
