The Online store will process all orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on the same day (Mon - Fri) however during sale periods or if stock is unavailable and is required to be sourced from store, an order may be delayed by up to 10 days. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day pending the above conditions.

Orders are dispatched by AustraliaPost Standard or Couriers Please. You will need to allow 1 - 5 business days for delivery (depending on your location)

Shipping is FREE for all Australian orders when you spend over $100.

Orders placed to the value of less than this amount are charged a $10 flat rate shipping fee.

Delivery can take up to 5 to 7 working days but is fully dependant on the zone where you live.

Each country has different rules and regulations when it comes to customs and you may often be charged with duties and taxes depending on the value of your order and also the threshold within your country.

Any additional customs and duties costs/taxes are the responsibility of the customer, so if you are unsure, SHEIKE recommends getting in touch with your local customs authority to find out more. These costs are in addition to your shipping fee, cannot normally be calculated until your order arrives into the country and are not charged by SHEIKE.
