All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Postage and Handling for orders being sent within Australia are charged at a flat rate fee of $10.00.
SHEIKE eCard is sent via email at no charge.
Orders shipped will take approximately 7-10 business days depending on state/territory. All items are shipped with Harrisons Logistics International.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SHEIKE ships to most international destinations. Please note we do not ship to international PO Boxes.
International orders will take approximately 7-15 business days depending on zone.

Exact shipping rates for your international destination will be automatically calculated on checkout. Rates are based on zones;

Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Yes! All online orders can be tracked through Harrisons Logistics International.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All orders shipped will take approximately 7-10 business days depending on state/territory/location. Some international orders sent to remote locations may take an extra 2 days.
 
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. It is advised that orders are not shipped to unit blocks or complexes with visible postal boxes.
 
At SHEIKE, our goal is to ship your online order within 7-10 days. During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to ship your order so that it is received within 7-10 days.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order is shipped from our Warehouse, you will be sent an ‘order shipped’ email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within 7-10 business days.

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following: 

  • Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing. 
  • Orders placed after 10 am will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.
